Has anyone here had to be careful with foods that are high on the glycemic index? The odds are looking pretty good that I have PCOS, and I know that insulin resistance can be involved with that. I know that most raw foods are already low on the glycemic index, so the only things that would really need to be avoided are dates and maybe raisins and honey. Or does the glycemic index not matter at all?
