Foot Size shrinks?

Hi everyone,

did your shoe size shrink when you lost weight? During my preganicies my foot grew :( . my friend told me they will shrink when you loose weight as it did for her.

I recently went to buy a new pair of shoes because my shoes are loose and I still am the same size length wise. But I'm more narrow than I was before and it makes my shoes feel like they're going to slip off my feet.

Mine have become narrow as well - so much so that my fave flip-flops no longer fit, and I managed to trip myselfup in them! Whooops!!!

I've noticed on raw that my feet don't swell by the end of the day, even if I go on an airplane and then walk around all day. So I'm fitting into smaller shoes and some of my old shoes are too loose. Crazy!

yeah , i noticed mines became narrow too but was hoping they will go back to smaller sizes. My foot grew for each kid. I hate having big feet

Mine haven't so far. I went wild buying shoes when I was pregnant and then my feet not only went up a size but a width as well. Had to give all the shoes away.

Recently when I had a virus, I lost 10 pounds very rapidly. I believe it was all water weight. My feet got all skinny and I couldn't wear my Birkenstocks because they were waaay too big. Alas, I put that weight back on when I ate my first real meal.
