I just got my spiralizer in the mail today, love it, love it, love it! I used zucchini, added diced tomatoes, and a tahini based sauce from Sunfood Cuisine cookbook- dinner was excellent! I made more to take to lunch tomorrow!

I Love you Newbie's. You remind me of the things I have and don't use anymore because I will just cut it and eat it or just eat it. Out of ALL the Bells and Whistles I have.....I still find that My MOST used tool is the Knife.

But I DO Glory in your JOY.......Now on to the Vita-Mix. I Do use that almost Daily.......

Uh-oh! Joyce Chen! I like how thin the strands are! How long did it last you?

I've recently thought about buying one of those. I've always just used a veggie peeler. I've wondered how much better that might make them. So share....how do you really like the noodles it makes?

May I ask what the "spiralizer" is?

To the left of the screen you will see Alissa's Store. Click on the Appliances section. This little gadget turns raw zucchini and such into noodles...like pasta. Yum!

I liked the JC spiralizer until the blade went dull which was after about 10 uses. i called the company and they sent me a new blade. Lately i have been using a julian slicer (looks like a veggie peeler).

Good to know they will stand behind their product!

I just got mine (Joyce Chen, also, from Alissa's store) - who knew veggie slicing could be so much fun? The "noodles" are sooooooo thin! This new texture makes the veggies taste totally different to me. In a good way ;). My first attempt at sweet potato chips was a smash hit.
