Hi, my name is Justyna and I live in Poland. I'm 21 years old. I'm studing gerontology. My english is not so good to writting, but I just want to say hello to every one!

I love music! It`s best to express ourselves and to connect with other person and to participate some feelings with him. Then I also like the visual pleasure ... and nature off course :)

I've been vegan for about a two years now. I started my raw food journey couple month ago and I love it!

I am so excited that I found this forum! Tons of information and soooo delicious recipes :) Thank you!

Welcome Kreestal....it's great to have you here. I too love music....I have played the piano all my life and now take alot of joy in teaching piano lessons, the children are such a pleasure to teach. Dziękuję za pozdrowienia, ponieważ mój angielski nie jest najlepszy, a widzę, że nie zapomnieliście j. polskiego, więc posłużę się nim:)

W Polsce jest o wiele trudniej jeśli chodzi o raw food, inna mentalnośc i też klimat inny . Dostęp do owoców , warzyw ograniczony, aczkolwiek mamy też
i nasze sezonowe, choc nie w takich ilościach jak w ciepłych krajach, ale niedługo wiosna i narodzi więcej roślinek:)

Miło , że są tutaj Polacy.

Witam Cie Justyna! (i wszystkich polakow ;) )

Tez dopiero sobie zalozylam tutaj konto ale jestem raw (on/off) od Grudnia.
Bardzo jestem zdziwiona ze w Polsce sa ludzie na tej "diecie" poniewaz jak rodzinie z Polski o tym powiedzialam to zlapali sie za serce i przezegnali.. pytaja sie jak moge zyc bez kotletow i pierogow?? haha Oryginalnie z jestem z Kola (pomiedzy Lodzia a Poznaniem). Jeszcze raz bardzo milo mi :)
