I love raw food experiments!!
I made a version of the Cafe Gratitude mudslide pie today and topped it w/ a chocolate ganache...I had a little ganache left over and also some thai coconut milk I had made for the recipe (blended meat and water of one thai coconut.I was running out the door and was a little hungry so I spooned a little ganache into the bottle of coconut milk (it was icy cold from the fridge)and shook!! Wow!! Rich, thick chocolate shake/milk!!!
