Hi people! My name is Stephanie and I joined here a few days ago and am enjoying all the wonderful info here as well as the awesome people here. I am really looking forward to getting to you guys . My firt day of raw was today and I tell ya I had to pray some prayers the night before getting started. I have some horrible habits that need to be broken because I really want to do this a lifetime. I am looking for great support here as well as to give it. Stephanie

Hi Stephanie!! Welcome to the group, it's nice to meet you!:D
The prayers help, I should know!! Oh boy, I have sure said my share!
I've had terrible habits associated with SAD foods for years & I finally feel free from all that. The raw food lifestyle is extremely liberating!! And so much fun!
Wishing you much success on your raw journey! You can do it!!!
