botilla olives

anyone knows how long the sun dried botilla olives from david wolfes sight lasts? i ordered way to many bags about 5 months ago. the bags aren't air tight or anything.....
they still taste fine i guess. i suppose that's the best way to tell.

but any other suggestions?

I think you are doing exactly what I would do. Taste will give you so much information. I have Not tried Dried Olives. Olives here litter sidewalks and if all I had to do was let them baste in the Sun.....Oh I know it can't be that easy. Maybe I'll try one.....Have a RAW Day......
