I just wanted to thank EVERYONE who responded to my question.
I was in crisis mode when I wrote it, and really, did not know what to do. I was simply at a loss and feeling very dejected about the whole raw food thing :( , but all your words of support and gentle encouragement not only got me through the night (one day at a time, right? :) ), it renewed my conviction to keep going all the way with this.
