I was wondering about a few things and soy milk is one of them. Is homemade soy milk still considered raw, or would it be considered sad? I have found a couple of recipes for it, some where it is heated until boiling, and some where it is only slighty warmed, and some where they soy beans are only soaked like almonds. Or is the fact that they are beans, would they be bad for you.

And what grains are you supposed to use or not use? And what wheat berries do you use for rejuvalac? Would the wheat you get at a brewers work? And with nutritional yeast, would the yeast at a brewers work?

And is there a way to smoke some items while keeping them raw? Maybe by adding smoking woods to something already dehydrating?? I was thinking about how to make a smoked cheese.

I have soooo many questions.

You would love Alissa's book....she covers all of these things plus tons more. It is the best book to really know all the in's and out's about raw.
