Allergies?

I have never had any allergies at all....but I have been raw for a little while now and am exhibiting my first symptoms--I know the pollen count is high where I am...I'm sniffly and my eyes are watering. Has anyone else had new allergies spring up after going raw? Do you know a way to relieve the sniffles--is there a tea or herb to help?

I had a coworker who developed terrible allergies when she quit smoking. Her Dr. said the smoking sort of clogged up her lungs and her system so she didn't notice the allergens. But once her system was clean, all that stuff could get in. Could be the same with raw.

Butterbur is supposed to be good for allergies. I take a supplement called Four. I rarely need it. I used it last year when I stopped taking Zyrtec. Turns out the Zyrtec was causing me tons of problems.
