The Bellicon ULTIMATE Rebounder

Hi, does anyone have this rebounder and do you like it? :confused: Is it worth the price? Can it be used with urban rebounder videos? Is it too soft to jump on or do you need a firmer rebounder?

You can use any video with any rebounder. I've seen or heard of this one before so can't answer your questions about how good it is. One reason I like the Urban is because the springs (or whatever is holding the thing together) are covered. I can't imagine (actually, I can) what would happen if someone is rebounding and steps on a bungee cord on this one ~ or worse, between them.

I love this rebounder as my knees do not hurt on it. It is softer though than the ones with springs. You still get a great work out on it though. I use it as a warm up to weight lifting I do super sets and bounce in between each super set and then more bouncing at the end of my workout. I love doing it this way as I don't stop moving and really get my heart rate up. Sorry I got off topic... :-)
