Good recipes for Chia seeds?

Hi everybody,

I just recently became aware of Chia Seeds and I want to buy some soon but wanted some ideas for recipes. I mean sauces, pates, dressings, drinks, everything, as well as different preparation methods, sprouting, grinding into powder, just soaking. any help and sharing of ideas would be immensely helpful.

chia seeds can be added to pretty much anything. you soak them first, unless you want to add them to a salad dry and then be sure to drink lots of water with them!

i add them to my flax crackers when i make them, to my green smoothies... they are NOT a recipe on their own... they are a tasteless addition to your other recipes :)

I just soak them and eat them as is. Maybe with a squeeze of lemon.
