creamscicle in a glass yummy!

Hello,

I just had to share this recipe from Gone raw-Creamscicle in a glass.
2 oranges, peeled
1/2 water of young coconut
meat of one young coconut
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 c of raw agave
1 tray of ice cubes
blend all ingredients expect ice-put that in after you have blended the rest.
Enjoy-I just made it and it is very good :)

I'm not sure I understand adding ice cubes at the end without blending them (or are you suppsoed to blend them?). Should these then be frozen to make popsicles or eaten as is? It sounds good.

None of the stores that sell young coconut here currently sell it, is it a seasonal item or something?

It is like a smoothie and you blend the ice cubes into the mix. As for young coconuts I am just lucky that I can get local at a store.

Sounds delicious! I make something very similar but add a little almond mylk.

As for the coconuts..I've had one store tell me they are not is season now and at the other I go to they are abundant!! I shop there~:D
