glad to be here! thanks to all of your wonderful input on blenders i've just ordered my vita-mix:D (and convinced my mom to order one for her own green smoothies!!) i've been a veg for about 5 yrs. vegan for about 1 yr. and looking to begin living on live foods this spring. i'm not sure that im going 100 percent just yet. but im uber excited! i'm also an herbalist and am studying naturopathy. Cherie who used to live in my town is actually one of the first folks to turn on the light (of living raw) for me. Thanks Cherie (rawkinlocks!).

Excited to have you here....I'm sure Cherie has told you all about Alissa's book and DVD....great information for starting out! I too am an herbalist, I went through Dr. Christophers Master Herbalist program and loved every minute of it. Everytime I'd study it was like play time for me.
