I've decided to do a three-day juice feast starting tomorrow since I just went off of prescribed hormones and my body feels like it needs a cleanse. I'm a little nervous because Itend to be a binge eater, and I guess I'm wondering whether this will end up making it better or worse. Any tips or suggestions are welcome since I have no idea what to expect going into this...
