I have a 4 month old Corgi, who is so adorable. He is eating regular puppy food right now....I am thinking about putting him on a raw diet, but don't know where to start....

i buy my raw food from a company called "barf" LOL it's local.
go to a petstore in your area and ask them about it. they usually know where you can get it.

I feed my dog raw. There are egroups.com online where you can find raw dog or barf groups with fabulous advice there too. My dog is close to 9, super picky, raw just about 8 years since I got her, hates veggies, so lives off tuna in oil, game meat (chicken when we can't find any) and barley powder. Grinding veggies doesn't excite her nor fruits. I am picky, but surely has keep our vet bills down to zero. We don't choose to vaccinate either. She's super healthy. Runs as quick as a bunny cause she is always chasing them out of our country yard. Best to you. It's worth the journey for you and dog.
Never heard of the book shared, but thankful to hear about it.

I feed my dog and cats raw. I just feed mine raw meat. I would try chicken wings. The tips are cartilage and the raw bones are not hard on an animal, it is only after they are cooked that they can splinter and cause problems. I have found too, that since I have transitioned mine to raw, they will also eat raw fruits and veggies. My cat, Trouble, so aptly named, fell in love with my tomato basil soup and cleaned my bowl and hubby's after we finished and wanted more.
