 I am new to rebounding only about a week and my lymph nodes Hurt. In my face all down my neck etc, I need advice to get my system cleared out. Any type of fruit is super cleansing for the lymph system? Will this ever go away or will they always be tender or sore when I rebound? Thank you so much for your advice, it is much needed and gratefully accepted.

I suggest drinking green juices every morning (best on empty stomach). they will alkalinize you and that will help the lymph to drain. Also, avoid the heavier stuff, like nuts and grains and stick to salads, blended soups, fruit and the green juice. THat will get you flowing for sure.

Also dry skin brush, or get some lymphatic drainage massage-that is VERY effective for moving stuck lymph, as can yoga be. :)

After reading about raw foodists practicing oil pulling to "clean" out their systems, I'm giving it a try.

Here is a website that explains oil pulling. http://www.oilpulling.com

Your system is cleaning out just now, but it won't last! I agree with theresaann about the fruits and greens. They are the cleansers. Limit your fats (temporarily only) till you get better, to speed up the cleansing.

Hello there! So, what happened with your swollen lymph nodes? Are you still rebounding?

Rebounding is wonderful for stimulating the lymph system and getting the toxins moving out of the body. Keep at it!
