What type of liver flush are you doing? The one I've tried doesn't require supplements. By the way, drink LOTS of water and if your one that likes to work out and sweat alot, you need to drink even more water. Also, Dr. Christopher has a liver/gallbladder formula that is great for cleansing and strengthening the liver....you can find it on line. Good Luck.

Hi RhythmoftheCosmos -

milk thistle, dandelion, and artichoke are great for liver cleansing.

I used 'Ultimate Liver Cleanse' by Nature's Secret and had great success with it. When doing cleanses for specific organs or groups of organs you always want to start with the colon and work your way backwards. You don't want to do a Liver Cleanse with a backed up colon for example, only to have the liver toxins added to the colon toxins that were already there. You can actually cause great distress in the body by doing that. So, if you have not done a colon cleanse yet, you should do so. I used a product called 'Super Colon Cleanes'. I do not recall who makes it but it comes in a white bottle with green print and line drawing of a colon on the front. What are you trying to accomplish in doing the liver cleanse besides the obvious, cleaning out of the liver?

Couldnt I do a sea salt flush to clean the colon?

I read that a clogged up liver can lead to fatigue which I have alot of.. so I need to get round this to have more energy for study and work :)

thanks
