Hi,

Hi,

Since ive eliminated all nuts and seeds from my raw food eating and eating much more fruit im finding the urge ro want to exercise. I was just wondering if anyone can advise me in the right direction.. i haven't done much exercise before and getting pysically fit is something i want to do!!

Is there a ratio or % that should be divided between cardio exercise and strength exercise? I'm thinking cardio exercising such as running is more natural so this type of exercising should take preference? I would like to get tonned and gain weight through muscle. How often should i exercise and what tpyes of exercses?

Any advice would be great.

Kind regards, Jamesey

i do both. i do cardio 4-6 times a week and weights 2-4 times. just remember, you need a day after you do weights for your body to recover... so you can't do them everyday unless you do upper body one day and lower body the next.

Hi there~

For the first time I am really committing to a regular yoga practice and I feel AMAZING! I've worked out with free wts and cardio for about a year and just switched to yoga. When the weather breaks here I am going to add jogging as well. I feel the best doing yoga...who knew? I'm doing a vinyasa practice, which is pretty physically challenging-probably most parallels the free wts and cardio in terms of physical benefits.
