Do you buy tea bags with contents that have not been heated above 105-110 degrees and then brew the tea in cold water? Where do you find raw tea?
Thanks,
Francesca
Hi Francesca,
Yogi teas are dried at low temperatures... I have been getting those and a mix of other teas. I have been drinking tea during a lot of the time that I have been raw, but I'm starting to lose my taste for it.
You can use a mortar and pestle with a good amount of mint, juice 1-2 lemons and make a whole batch of something like tea (but it's not hot). It's yummy.
I seriously used to be obsessed with my tea, how good it made me feel, etc... and I still drink it here and there, but I'm more often craving a cup of lemon water or orange juice rather than tea (even though it's cold here right now!).

I drink white tea, which is hand picked leaves, sun dried. I pour over warm water, leave for 5 mins and it's good to go.
