Your favorite raw recipes?!?

Hi all-

I was just wondering what your favorite raw recipe is (or one of your favorites)? It can be from Alissa's book or any other raw book. And if you don't mind, please share your favorite recipe if it's not from Alissa's book. I'm always interested in trying new things. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

My two favorite raw recipes are sunflower seed "refried beans" and raw sushi rice made of either jicama or carrots.

The beans recipe is on this forum.

The jicama sushi rice recipe is in the book "Raw Food Real World". The carrot sushi rice recipe is one I made up. If you would like it, please contact me directly.

I just made some recipes from Ani Phyo's book that I really liked.....the doughnut holes and the Black sesame bread. I have to say that the bread is one of the easiest breads I've ever made and the best. My daughter loves it and she's not even raw. Also I love the blondie macaroon recipe in RawFood Real World and the freezer fudge in that book is awesome too.
