Yeah, yet another B 12 question!
After years of gratitiously eating wheat flour products despite being gluten intolerant, I doubt the ability of my intestines to retain the intrinsic factor, so I'm considering B-12 supplementation.
But I know the common B 12 found, which is cyancoblamin, is not naturally occuring, it's basically a chemical. I'm hesitant to use this. I know Dr. Gabriel Cousens has a B-12 supplement that's natural and quite expensive and as far as I can see on his website is mixed in with other Bs.
I'm wondering if anyone with better research skills than me can recommend any naturally-occuring B 12 supplements and what brand.
Thanks!
