Strange feeling in lower left abdomen?

I went on an all raw vegan diet 9 days ago. Well, yesterday and today, a few times throughout the day, I will feel an odd buzzing feeling, in a little place in my lower left abdomen, kind of close to my hipbone.

No pain or discomfort. In fact, it is kind of pleasant. But it hasn't happened before to the best of my recollection, and has my curiousity up. :confused:

Does anyone know what this might be? Also, have you experienced it?

could be your colon, and the nerves that surround it, or the lymph nodes in that inguinal area. Consider getting some bodywork like CranioSacral Therapy or lymphatic drainage.

You know, I suspect that it might be lymph nodes. It's weird though. I would never have imagined that it could feel like that.

If it's lymph nodes, try skin brushing the area vigorously towards your heart. Just get a natural bristle brush, a natural sponge, or a plastic brush in a pinch and rub that area with it.
