Does anyone know what to do with delicata squash?

So if know one has any recipes then do you even know if I can ear it raw?

Delicata squash can be used in any recipe that calls for acorn or butternut. It has a lighter, sweeter flavor. There was a recipe for "Hostess" crumb donuts on goneraw.com But any squash recipe can be used. They can also be grated and used in salads and you could try them as a pasta. Hope that helps.
