recipes with tarragon

I bought a lovely little French tarragon plant at the market today. Now I just need some ideas of what I can do with this pretty herb. Anyone have any suggestions or recipes for me? :)

I have seen terragon in salad dressings and I imagine you can use it on veggies. I am not familiar with it other than terragon flavored vinegar. Thats all I know, but am anxious to find out also.

You can make a mint and tarragon tea like TAZO tea brands or put in flax crackers, add it to salads as a garnish like I did. I loved it until the plant died.:( Gotta get another one!!!
