I have come full circle... and am now raw.

Hi - this is me waving,
I am 51 and a couple months. I first went raw with Alissa's book as support and guide in 2005 around this time of year. After a lot of futsing around, I am back to being raw and doing as Alissa advises... eat raw food and allow the body to lead and heal.
I will be checking in.

I am 51 and lovin life since going raw in April 2007!! RAWK ON... I'm so glad you are going for it! You will be so blessed with the benefits you experience... it's about so much more than the food....

it's about learning to love and appreciate ourselves... learning to respect ourselves to the point that we WANT to take the VERY best care of ourselves that we can...

we are an investment after all!! and we are worth it!!

I now have a week raw under my belt. I wobbled some and finally realized this is me.. raw is me. So, I am raw now a solid week. I begin week two, began it two hours ago. grin
And I do feel lighter, clearer... but the coolest thing is how wonderful my skin feels to me. What a nice surprise! I don't remember that from the last time.

Hiya, LN! Nice seein' ya here, hon! I'm waving too!

As you know, I'm 62 and back to raw. "Been transitioning" for a coupla years now. Seems "transitioning" doesn't really work for me. Gotta DO the DO!

I'm starting to work out with a personal trainer tomorrow too. I'm ready to put all the pieces together. The inside of me is finally ready for the outside to match.
