I bought a quart size bottle of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (w/mother) a few days ago. I've been putting it in water and drinking it, mainly because I like the taste. It is almost gone now. In two days, it will be. That will make 5 days that I have been using it.

Is it unhealthy to go through that much in only 5 days?

If your body craves it, you probably need it.
Make sure that you brush your teeth with baking soda so that the acid from the vinegar doesn't wear your enamel away.

man how the heck do you like the taste??? is there some trick? ACV is the one raw food I cannot drink at all. i once did a five day cleanse where that was the only thing i could drink.... by the end i went a lil crazy. :D

but kudos for you drinking it. apparently its amazing for your liver ( hence i was doin a liver cleanse when i was drinking it) i personally know that nick good drinks his every morning with some honey. he says it's really good first thing to get your system going. either way, the stuff is really cleansing and great to work through your system. so drink up!!!

Thanks for your input guys. :)

Hi Revvell. I really feel fine. But then too, I am just now getting over some lousy detox symptoms. I doubt that the vinegar made them any worse, I'm just a bit curious is all.

I've read that ACV is alkalizing, but then read from another source that it feeds candida. I know that white vinegar is to be avoided if you have candida overgrowth, but ACV? (I'm not absolutely positive that I have candida overgrowth, but would think so since I have eaten like a demented pig most of my life, and have taken antibiotics a few times.)

I guess that all that acid is mainly what my mind is snagging on.
