Hey, y'all! I've been toying with rawness for a while now and have decided to get serious about my nutrition (finally!). I'm 41, married and have 4 kids (only 1 at home) - all SAD at the moment. I'm in Shreveport - any other Louisianians here?

If your serious about it all you'll really want to read Alissa's book and watch her DVD. In my opinion, they are the 1st tool you need to be successful. They answer all your questions and really let you know what it's all about. Besides that, they are just fun and inspiring. Good Luck.

Welcome Gingincal! Glad you are here. :) I've been looking for other raw Louisianas here. I'm in B.R. I have fallen off the wagon again - about a month now - but promised myself I'll do better this month.
