Acne

Hi All-

Can anyone advise on where I can find information about what acne on different parts of the face and body mean in relation to internals?

Like I know that acne on the chin means hormonoal issues.

i think acne on the cheeks means liver problems. that's just off the top of my head though. i'm not sure where i heard that.

Acne means an unclean toxic blood stream, there is no way out of that. Also hormonal imbalances are a factor, but that is only the effect, not the cause of the problem. If the bloodstream is not clean, than that means for sure that the liver is overburdened and not capable of eliminating all the waste and toxins, so they stay in the blood and the body is still trying to get rid of it all via the skin.

A raw low-fat diet is the best for acne. In the worst case it should not take more than one year to get your skin completely clean. There are some wonderful herbs which should help, raspberry leaf tea and blessed thistle tea, you can take the teas and still be 99.99% raw :)
If you want to speed up things, then consider a colon cleanse and a liver cleanse.

I've always read that acne is either caused by some kind of bacteria that gets under the skin or in the pores, or a dirty liver.

I know that when I was SAD, and going through a period where I ate lots of sweets and soda, I would get acne on face and back. Not real real bad, but it's bad enough if you're a slow healer. :(

Personally, I believe that in most folks its caused by a dirty liver. Makes the most sense to me.

Way off topic here, but have you ever seen an old alcoholic with whiskey nose? It's not acne, but the liver thing made me think of that.
