Hello RawFoodTalk.com Readers,

Sorry, I don't want to put something negative in here. But actually it is not. It is nothing negative about raw eating. What I will write should not interfere with your journey of continously getting healthier with including more raw foods into your diet. So best of all to you.

The following is a message to those who read the community forum of NFL.

In that forum someone started a thread about raw cacao. And we The Raw Bakery were mentioned in that thread.
During the "discussion" in that thread the Administrator told an untruth about our products. And that's what we want to straigthen out as good as possible.

We wouldn't have come here to mention this but NFL deleted our post on that thread. We wrote exactly what you see below.

The administrator Maximilian said that NFL stopped carrying our products because plastic was found in 3 brownies.

This is I can say far from reality. We asked NFL to pay upfront for any orders they place, after they were behind with their bills for 11 weeks. They didn't agree. Business stopped. This is common in business.
So there statement of them not carrying our products anymore because of plastic found in our brownies is an untruth and very much misleading and hurts our business.

With this post we want to reach people who have read that statement and assure them that there was no plastic in any of our brownies. In fact our brownies are so delicious that Carol Alt brought them to the Today show and handed them out to the hosts. She mentioned our brownies in several other occasions.

Please don't think this is negative. The statement of NFL was negative.

thanks for reading
Sincerely
Ibo

You know this reminds me of the time that McDonalds took out a full page four color add to "prove" that they didn't use earth worms in their burgers.

When some one does this, all it does is bring the original challenging remark to EVERYONE, who never heard of it in the first place.

So, although I probably wouldn't have purchased your browinies in the first place, as I would simply make my own, now I associate your business with bad mouthing NFL, and actually talking about their credit.

Which, by the way is against the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1979, and punishable by imprisonment, and a very high fine.

You might choose to check into this before talking about someone's credit or lack thereof.

Ibo,

I know you wrote this e-mail out of frustration and could also sense your disappointment. Realize that many of us don't read NFL- we like it here, so we stay here.

Never mind what was said, just be the best that you can be - purpose follows intention.

Good day to you

Isn't this one of those cases where someone says "I don't want to do this..." then proceeds to do it?
