I go through phases where it's roughly the same. The past 2 weeks has been:

Breakfast = young coco, orange
Lunch = salad or veggie wrap (w/ dehydrated wrap)
Mid day - apple or orange
Dinner = salad, or banana ice cream.

I also eat brazil nuts for selenium as a supplement, and...I munch on flax crackers every now and then. Right now I have a cinnamon roll recipe in the fridge, so every couple of days I might have that for dinner or breakfast.

ive been raw for about 3 weeks & have been adhering to the roughly the same schedule.

wake up, 9 am: green smoothie
mostly tea & fresh orange juice for the rest of the day, maybe an apple, or a handful of sunflower seeds. if i have green smoothie left over, that too.
dinner, 6 pm: usually i make a vegetable dip (avocado, spinach, olive oil) & dip cucumbers & carrots in it. i eat a lot of this. i make a big portion.

im wondering, however, if there's a better way to space meals. im out all day which is why i dont really sit down for raw between 9 & 6.

i havent branched out to raw meals yet, as i dont have a food processor & havent been ambitious enough to expend the creativity. i will though, in time. ;)

Usual breakfast (around 8am): fruit smoothie w/raw protein powder or just 2 bananas

Usual lunch (around 12pm): salad: mixed greens, shredded cabbage, cucumbers, sprouts, w/fav dressing

Usual snack (2pm-4pm): fruit, nuts, or seeds

Dinner varies (6pm-8pm)

After dinner snack varies (8:30pm-9:30pm): usually fruit or a raw dessert

Yeah, it's a lot of food I guess but you're not going to gain weight eating mostly fruits and vegetables. The ideal is to eat smaller meals more often but that doesn't normally work for me. My lunches and usually big, as are my dinners.

I am pretty much the same as you guys. Isn't it great??

I have people to make a birthday luncheon for tomorrow-I'm so excited.

I'm making a huge dish of raw lasagne, kale salad and Pineapple cake, adding creamy macademia frosting to it, all Alissa's recipes. This is so so fun.

I was a really good vegan cook and loved making vegan recipes, but even that was no where near as fun as making raw creations!

I had a slice of raw chocolate pie for breakfast this morning.

My first raw pie and it came out pretty good.

Each day is different for me as to what I'm eating. I just listen to my body. Sometimes I drink green juices all day or have some flax crackers, fruit and sometimes I eat an entire pie all day long. hahahaa. So far so good...I've only had one slice.

...but I am in an experimental phase right now...and my hubby is getting involved, so I am trying out a bunch of new recipes...but Avos are definitely a staple!

I tend to graze all day and I switch up the foods from day to day to keep it interesting. I am not happy eating 3 big meals. I prefer to eat 6 or 7 smaller ones. I eat mainly salads and fruit. I also juice and make smoothies, green and otherwise. I eat very little nuts/seeds and I hate avocado's (BLECK).

I have fallen into a nice routine ...

Morning 8-12 oz. juice
Lunch Green Smoothie
Afternoon 8-12 oz. juice
Dinner Big Salad (different every night) with some pate, or marinated veggies, etc.
I try to have a little something for dessert most nights

Best of luck finding what works for YOU! :D

Fruits, nuts, vegetables all day long. 6 to 7 small meals/snacks a day.

Morning: giant green smoothie (64 ounces) I mix up the ingredients each day for more variety. I usually drink this off and on from about 9 to about 1 or 2 in the afternoon.
Afternoon: what I eat depends on whether or not I'll be exercising between work and home. If I am going to the gym, I'll try to eat something heavier, like raw hummus or leftovers. If I'm not going to the gym, I usually just eat fruit.
Dinner: if I've had a heavier snack, I'll usually eat something simple, like a bunch of nuts with kombucha. If I just had fruit in the afternoon, I'll have more of a meal, like guacamole on romaine or eggless egg salad on onion bread or something like that.

Recently, I've been doing one day a week of just juice and smoothie. I love that.
