How many y. coco's = 1 cup coco meat?

I think 2-3 just to be safe. Sometimes I get a lot of meat out of just one but it does vary. If you have extra Im sure you will find something lovely to do with it :D .

i found it's 1 -3. 1 if you get a really good thick meaty one, and then sometimes 3 hardly cuts it if they're really thin and old like.
i tend to make sure i have extra coco butter on hand if i need to make up any difference. hope that helps! enjoy your cocos!
