Can I have tea?
Do raw foodists still boil their water if they are concerned about its purity... eg on camp trips, from homes that have wells, or when there is a boil water advisory?

I thought there were lots of benefits to drinking tea...especially green tea. I like to have something warm right before my 1/2 hour walk during the winter mornings...like today when it feels like -30 C. I also like to make tea and put it in the fridge to chill during the summer. Is this bad? I don't add anything to it...???

Temperance, I like your name, cute.

Since I don't eat cooked foods, don't drink or smoke, don't color my hair (chemicals), use only natural beauty products, ect. ect. ect.

The answer is YES> I love tea. Living in England when I was growing up, high tea was the thing. I now have a wonderful collection of decaf teas when I get a craving for cooked, I drink a flavored tea. Hits the spot. How can tea hurt you?

If you are concerned about drinking too much, get your mind off tea and think of doing something else, like exercising "Temperance!"

Hee hee!!:p
