Have any of you ever heard of or known an Alzheimer's victim improving significantly on a raw foods diet?

I would suggest checking out hacres.com (Halleluiah Acres). THey have hundreds of testamonials listed by illness. Their diet is totally plant based and very high raw.

The reason I ask is my Dad pretty much seems to have Alzheimer's. My memory isn't that great either. But his main intake of liquids is iced tea and juices. He has it in his mind our water is terrible. It's now filtered twice and good. But the brain isn't quite there.
