Stomach Pain

Well I managed my first full raw day yesterday, and so far today. I am having extreme stomach pain, not just gas but pain in my intestines. Has this happened to anyone. I didn't think that my digestive system would be affected so quickly. I also feel like I have the flu a bit. Can one's body begin to detox so quickly...I thought it would take some time. Is there anything I can do for relief?

I'm not sure exactly how quickly I began to have a bit of a runny nose... but it was pretty quickly after I began. Now it doesn't run anymore. I did have a lot of sinus issues before going raw (again lol). And these have all cleared up for me. Hope your stomach pain eases soon!!

I've experienced a lot of queasiness and stomach pain since I have been drinking green smoothies. Also an increase in stomach acid. I am going to the doctor this afternoon and see if there is no other reason for this. I don't really know what to say yet. :)
