Would some of you please be kind enough to let me know how you take your nutritional yeast? Also, how much and how often? Thanks in advance.:D

I *love* it on lettuce with just olive oil and nut. yeast. It's sooo good. I think I'm addicted, as is my daughter, and now I wonder if we could be eating too much?

I like the taste of the brand i am buying - for me two large tablespoons blended in my green smoothie is a daily norm.
I also like to add it in the sunflower seed patte - i cup of soaked seeds, one or two spoons of yeast and spices blended.
Yeast vary in taste.

Not technically raw, no. But a good source of B-12...
