I live near Tulsa, Ok and I started eating a raw diet 18 days ago. I've been interested in health and fitness for many years and I must say that eating raw is great. I started reading this message board a few days ago and I think it is great also. The links and information on this site are awesome. :D

PS- Wouldn't it be nice to have a raw restaurant in town? We aren't exactly the healthy eating capitol of the world, are we? :rolleyes:

It would be great to have a raw restaurant in Tulsa. I live about 18 miles from Tulsa and work in Broken Arrow.

Today was day 30 on my trail. I have lost 7 pounds. My diet so far has been about 80%. The next 30 days I'm going to increase the percentage of raw in my diet. My goal for the next 30 days is to lose 8 pounds.
