how does alissa make raviolis that stick

together---if you look at her blog with her pics from Grezzo she has a pic of spinach and cheese pillows where you can def see they look like real raviolis with a top and bottom that stick together.Any one know which vegie she used and how to make them stick together??

Have you made her raviolis in her book? They really are very good. The pasta part is made with believe it or not...turnips. The middle is a cheese filling, then you can make a marniara sauce to top it off. If you don't have her book, it really is great, so is the DVD. Oh, the cheese filling is what make it stick together.
