Hello everyone,
I'm patiently waiting for my new book and cd to come in the mail. Although, I have been weening myself into this new lifestyle already.
I just turned 37 and I have been struggling with my weight for about five years now. I hope eating raw will help me with my constant battle with food.
This is my third day and I'm HUNGRY! I have been eating what I think is a lot of fruits and veggies each day but I can't seem to get that filling and satisfying fullness that I'm used to after a meal. Any ideas? Please tell me it gets easier.....
Allie

You really will love the book and DVD....it will really help you out. She gives you four weeks of menus and the shopping lists for it all. Try the blueberry pie recipe when you get the book, it is REALLY delicious. Good Luck.

Welcome to the board Allie. I bet you will have no problem losing weight, but Alissa always says you can't say raw doesn't work unless you have gone 100%... I look forward to seeing you around.

The book & dvd will help tremendously! Yes, go 100% if at all possible, it make such a difference! And try some avocados and a few nuts. The heavier foods help the transition. You'll love this lifestyle, it's definitely the way to go!!
