I sprouted some lentils and this morning i sprinkled some brewer's yeast and seasoning over them a put them in a bag and mixed them together and shook it up.
Yummy to my Tummy:D no more desire for something crunchy.
What quick snack ideas have you all come up with?
Things that you can make and take along on short or long trips or to work.

I love to slice up some granny smith apples before bed, pop them into the dehydrator, and presto! in the morning I have apple slices to snack on all day!

Hey, that sounds great.
I'm going to try that, i used to eat fried apples for breakfast but your idea sounds better.
It's funny how you can still remember the old ways you use to eat but i'm so glad that i'm not tempted to go back:D

...I have a mandolin (that I use for EVERYTHING), and I usually have it set on the medium thickness blade--it makes prep time so quick, I just run the apple back and forth on top of the blade and I get perfect apple slices in minutes!

What does the brewers yeast do?
While it is not raw, it does add some good nutrients (check it out on Google) but mainly I would say that it gives a mellow "cheesy" flavor.
If you are of the school that allows for a little non-raw just for seasoning, try it out.
