i want to do the liver cleanse thats listed here (same as the hulda clark method) and was wonder ing about the olive oil. do i have to use cold pressed raw extra virgin olive oil, or can i use just regular extra virgin olive oil? just curious which one, this will be my first liver cleanse, so i want to do it right. thanks.

cold pressed is the way to go....it is "raw" that way. a better quality oil.
i really want to do that too!
i was looking at it yesterday...i am a bit nervous! i have a very sensitive system....don't want to be sick, if i have to work & take care of my girl!
anyone done this?

Is this the gallbladder/liver cleanse, if so, yes I have done it and if your going to go to the effort of doing it I would definately use the very best olive oil you can purchase. It didn't make me sick but I really don't feel like I have a sensitive stomach.

Keep us posted. I'm interested in trying it too, someime. Right now I'm fasting 2 days a week for Lent, so I'll relook at a cleanse after Easter.

i will keep posted when i try, but i'm getting ready to go on the master cleanse here in a few weeks and i'm going to go as long as i can possibly go (hopefully a few weeks at the very least). i am confident that i can do it, i have the willpower, its just getting past the habit of eating daily. a lot of the times i'm not very hungry, but i eat salad or fruit just cause i'm still stuck in the mentality that we need to eat. but i know that i can accomplish this master cleanse. like i said its just getting past the few days. but yes i will keep posted when i do the liver cleanse.
