I use it the same way....All I have made with it is Brownies. It is Much stronger in caffine than coca powder. That is why I don't use it anymore. I am caffine sensitive.

I love cacao powder.......I use it to make the most incredible "shakes" with maca and frozen bananas & almond mylk, avocado/cacao pudding (the best), hazlenut/cacao torte, brownies, super candy....yes...anything you would use cocoa in.
As for the caffeine...I have never been able to tolerate caffeine before, not in coffee especially and even too much tea would keep me up all night...the cacao never bothers me at all....I would get heart palpitations and jitters from caffeine but never do in any way w/cacao. Everyone reacts differently I think...strange since I was so incredibly caffeine sensitive when eating SAD.

i'm the same way with caffiene.... am completely sensitive, but for some reason with the cacao it gives me energy but not the gitters. it's definitely a more sustained type of feeling for me.
i love the cacao powder cause you can make actual chocolate bars that melt in your mouth just like regular milk chocolate. last night i made a bar/fudge that stayed solid at room temp but was so creamy when i bit into it. i used cacao, cacao butter, a lil coco butter, vanilla, and some agave until proper consistancy.
cacao also has tons of magnesium in it. which i personally need cause i've always had weaker teeth, and magnesium is apparently really good for your bones.
i hope you enjoy the cacao as much as i do!!!!! :D
