Starting Round 2 Mc For 2008

I went off the MC about 2 weeks ago and want to start it up again... well, already did today.

I have no clear idea how long I shall stay on this time. I just need more healing and have felt a bit off this week. I miss it, actually.

wow you sound exactly like me. A couple weeks ago I decided to do it on a whim the night before and it only lasted a day and a half. So this time I decided to get serious and stick with it until my tongue turns pink. I'm on day 2 and it's going pretty well so far.

wow, I am on day 2 as well!

I just finished a 30 day MC a couple weeks ago, but felt crappy because I was still smoking (and smoked american spirits all thru the first fast). I figured that there was NO WAY I was truly going to heal my body by fasting/going raw if I didn't take a stand and get off the cigs.

My tongue went pink around day 18, then turned somewhat white again and went pinkish towards the 27th, then whiter the next day. The pink comes and goes...
