Are the raw dried flakes like alyssa's, low in sugar? The coconut water is alkalizing and low in sugar, the meat is sl acid but low in sugar , what about when the flakes are dried?
Thanks,
Vivian

not true. people with candida will have a big problem with a high sugar high fat raw diet.

i'm pretty sure that you would ideally want to avoid anything that has been dried and stored, but i know fresh coconut and coconut oil are ok. maybe someone else will have the answer.
