My main question is, if I use a blender to blend celery sticks by themselves, will they turn into liquid ? Or will this not work ?? Will only a juicer work for getting liquid ?? I would much prefer to use a blender as i can keep the pulp but if it doesn't please tell me. ? Anyone have experience with this ?

If the blender has enough power, it will 'liquefy' the celery. you might want to put a little water in with the celery to help.

I know that it is easy enough to liquefy apples and the like in a cheap little blender, if you add some water to the mix. But celery I don't know about. There are some pretty high powered blenders on the market which can liquefy anything. One is called the vitamix. But they cost more than 400 brand new.

Um lol... my blender is a pretty good one but it doesn't turn most things to 100% liquid. There would still be texture there. Its good for smoothies.
