if you don't have a hand held lemon/lime press/squeezer, you need one! it is such an essential for a raw foodist! it works so well and gets all the juice out! so much more efficient than hand squeezing and easier than juicing with a juicer or one of those glass citrus juicers.

i like to use a lot of lemon and lime juice in my food, so this makes things so much easier.

They are Great...I have a Yellow one for Lemons and a Green one for Lime.. I have not seen a Stainless Steel one...........Thanks for Sharing.
