so happy i found this place, hello!
ok..i have dabbled in vegetarian /vegan/raw foods for many years.
but recently have crossed the bridge and am very seriously changing my eating.
i beacme vegetarin for good 5 mths ago with strong leanings toward vegan! so happy havent touched meat in 5 mths! im so over it. thank god, its like it clicked, does anyone know what i mean?
and as far as the raw goes, its just becoming more and more the way im eating and finding i feel amazing.
so im here to learn and grow and feel blessed to have found this place!

Let me be the first to welcome you!
I'm kind of new myself(registered quite a ways back, but never got around until
recently to participating/joining.)
This is a great supportive place to find out more about raw.
Btw,I like the part of your profile where you list yourself as a 'desperate'
housewife.:)
Same here!LOL

Ahh Wiesbaden!! I live in Canada but all of my family is from Darmstadt. I go there a few times a year to see my grandparents!
Do you have an Alnatura near you? I love that place. They have everything!

It's sooo fun to see that your from Germany, I have a son in Stuttgart and anything from there catches my attention really quick. As far as clicking about meat, I'll have people say that they don't know how you could do it and really it's not even a temptation or something I even consider a sacrifice because it's just not part of my life....your right it's hard to explain. Welcome to the forum...I hope you can get Alissa's book over there...it's incredible.

Welcome Wendy! Please jump right in and start posting!! This is a great group of people, really!

I know I was surprised frankly, when i realized I just didn't want meat anymore. I didn't go veggie, vegan, or raw. I fasted from meat and carbs for an extended amount of time 3 times in a year and a half. After the last time I realized I had no desire for it anymore at all. I was amazed!

The raw lifestyle is really great, I wish you much success & many blessings!!
