In my thread about frozen avocado you said you use them to make guacamole, how does that taste?
That's the majority of what I use avocados in, I just to want to jack up some guac because my frozen avocado tastes poopy...

Sorry for the delay in responding. Haven't been on the 'puter for days.

I usually just sprinkle the 'cados liberally with garlic salt and smash 'em up. Nothing fancy. I might add some chopped tomato and maybe a chopped jalapeno but that's about it (DH absolutely hates onions so that would NOT be in my guac.) So far, mine has turned out very edible. I guess you could make guac. BEFORE you freeze it and that could work too.
