I've seen buckwheat used in some raw recipes (Bob's red mill buckwheat in particular). Is this common? How do you use it? I've seen it used as "soaked" but i have no idea if you can soak ground buckwheat?
Also, where would one get oat groats? And I've also seen millet used. What is millet and how would you sprout it?
I've also seen recipes for ground flaxseed- how do you grind flaxseeds? Will a coffee grinder work?
Sorry for all the questions, I really appreciate any help! I just got my dehydrator and I have no idea how to go about getting the ingredients for making bread. I don't have a juicer right now either, so I can't make the breads that call for pulp of vegetables. Thanks for any help! :)
