:eek: carrot pulp ideas, quick!!!

i have been juicing carrots
and have lots of pulp to use
i need ideas double quick to use it up
no freezer space, & raw tasting party tomorrow...

(i have made enough carrot cake!):p

so far i have seen crackers, muffins & tacos
on sites as ideas. any others?

made alissa's carrot pecan burgers yesterday too.

I was just going to suggest burgers but it looks like you've done that too. The other way I have used it was in my flax crackers.

i've used them in my flax crackers, delicious:p

plus you can always bury the pulp, mix in with the soil in you flower garden or potted plants

I made a dessert the other day that was carrot pulp whizzed with coconut and dates. I alternated that with layers of fruit. My dogs liked it. One stole a whole portion off the table. They hate fruit and veg so its a good sign if they want some raw creation.

dogs are so funny!
mine will eat bite after bite of a banana from my hands
but when 1/2 a banana is placed in his dish.... nopers. not interested. in the least.
